Rkado, provides the following service to you, subject to these Terms of Service. By using this apps, you agree to this, which may be revised at any time without prior notification. Please consult them regularly.

Accounts and Membership

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Mobile Application. By using this Mobile Application and Web Version by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 16 years of age. If you create an account in the Mobile Application, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and use our Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

User Content

We do not own any data, information or material ("Content") that you submit in the Mobile Application in the course of using the Service. You shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership or right to use of all submitted Content. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review Content in the Mobile Application submitted or created using our Services by you. Unless specifically permitted by you, your use of the Mobile Application does not grant us the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the Content created by you or stored in your user account for commercial, marketing or any similar purpose. But you grant us permission to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, display and perform the Content of your user account solely as required for the purpose of providing the Services to you. Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, we have the right, though not the obligation, to, in our own sole discretion, refuse or remove any Content that, in our reasonable opinion, violates any of our policies or is in any way harmful or objectionable.

Prohibited Content

Please be aware that there may be certain adult or nudity, violence, harassment, suicide or self injury, false news, spam, unauthorized sales, hate speech, terrorism content. All you have to do is report the user to Rkado's staff. Other Steps You Can Take: 'Block user' (You won't be able to see or contact each other) or 'Unfollow user'.

Prohibited Uses

We will not be responsible for any actions or missions by you, including any damage that arises as a result of your actions or negligence. If you violate these provisions we may suspend, deactivate or delete your account (or part of it) if we determine that you have violated the provisions in this Agreement or that your behavior or content will likely damage our reputation and goodwill. If we delete your account for the above reason, you may not re-register for our services. We can block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.

Usage Data

We perform regular backups of the content, however, these backups are for our own administrative purposes only and are in no way guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. We do not provide any sort of compensation for lost or incomplete data in the event that backups do not function properly. We will do our best to ensure complete and accurate backups, but assume no responsibility for this duty.

Copyright and Ownership

All content is the property and responsibility of the contributing users. Repeated offenses may result in account termination and banning. Rkado moderators filtering activities with regard to copyright is limited to graphics that contain clearly visible copyright tags in the image. If you find your graphics installed in our app, and you do not allow us to use it, then you can prove that it is yours, you can contact us. We will delete it soon.

This website and app are intended for users 16 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Parents are encouraged to discuss Internet use with their children.

Actively Submitted Data: Information you provide when registering as a user, joining the Merchant Program, or contacting us. This may include name, email, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, gender, password, and credit card information.

Request Account Deletion

At Rkado, your privacy is our priority. You can request permanent deletion of your account by following the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Open the Rkado app on your device.
2. Go to Settings → Request Account Deletion.
3. Fill in the reason for deletion.
4. Once submitted, a ticket will be generated and sent to your registered email (the email used to create your account).

How to Request Deletion of Content

1. Open the Rkado app on your device.
2. Go to Help and Support.
3. Fill in the form with details about what you want deleted.
4. Once submitted, a ticket will be generated and sent to your registered email.

Staff Review

Our support staff will review your deletion ticket. Once verified, they will reply to your email to confirm the deletion. After confirmation, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our system.

What Happens After Deletion

• All profile information (name, email, username, country, OTP verification) will be permanently deleted.
• Any remaining in-app credits, badges, or progress will be lost.
• Server logs may be retained for up to 30 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Important: Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered. You may create a new account if you return to Rkado later.
