Child Safety Standards
Effective 9 October 2026
Rkado has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Our standards
- Rkado is for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts we believe belong to minors are closed.
- Any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms, exploits or endangers children is prohibited, in public rooms, private chats, profiles, posts and stories.
- Violating content is removed and the account is permanently banned.
- We report CSAM and child-exploitation cases to the relevant authorities, including the Nepal Police and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we preserve evidence as the law requires.
- Staff and moderators are instructed to escalate any suspected case immediately.
How to report
- In the app: open the user's profile or the chat menu and tap Report User, then Block.
- By email: [email protected] with the username, the room or chat, and the time. Do not send the illegal images themselves.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
Point of contact
Child safety contact: [email protected]. Reports are reviewed with priority.
Compliance
Rkado complies with applicable child-safety laws in Nepal and in the countries where the app is distributed.
