Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Rkado ("Rkado", "we", "us") for using the Rkado apps and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines.

1. Who can use Rkado

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must give accurate account information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • One person, one account. Creating accounts to farm rewards, transfer coins between your own accounts or avoid a ban is not allowed.

2. Virtual coins and items

Coins have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside Rkado, cannot be withdrawn or cashed out, and cannot be sold, bought or traded outside the Service.
  • Coins, gifts, emoticons, badges and other virtual items are a limited, personal, revocable licence to use them inside Rkado. You do not own them.
  • You can get coins free (daily rewards, missions, games, gifts from other users) and, where offered, by in-app purchase through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
  • Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law or the store's own refund policy requires. Refund requests for store purchases go through Google Play or Apple.
  • We may change the price, availability or features of coins and items, and may remove coins obtained through bugs, cheating, fraud, chargebacks or rule-breaking.
  • Coins and items have no value when an account is closed or deleted and are not refunded.

3. Games

  • Games in Rkado are for entertainment only and use virtual coins. There are no cash prizes and no way to win real money.
  • Results are decided by the game rules and the server. Using bots, scripts, bugs, collusion or multiple accounts to influence games is cheating.
  • If a game is interrupted by a technical problem, we may cancel the round and return entries.

4. Your content

  • You keep ownership of what you post. You give Rkado a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and deliver it so the Service can work.
  • You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it.
  • We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

5. Not allowed

  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or illegal content.
  • Selling coins, accounts or items for real money, or offering to "cash out" coins.
  • Spam, scams, phishing, impersonating staff or other users.
  • Hacking, reverse engineering, overloading the Service, or using unofficial clients or bots.

6. Moderation, suspension and termination

Staff, room owners and moderators can mute, kick or block users in rooms. We may warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts and remove coins or items for breaking these Terms. You can stop using Rkado and delete your account at any time.

7. Ads and third-party services

The Service may show ads and rely on third-party services (app stores, payment providers, ad networks). Their own terms apply to them.

8. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may change, add or remove features at any time. We may update these Terms; if the change is important we will tell you in the app or on this page. Continuing to use Rkado after an update means you accept it.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, Rkado is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content posted by users, or for loss of virtual coins or items. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Nepal, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
